  • Custom Pieces from JeeJewels are made to order and may take up to 20–25 working days to manufacture and ship. Please be advised that because our products are produced to order, there may be delays; however, this is unlikely, as all items are often dispatched within the specified time range. Shipping

JeeJewels Courier is used for all orders being dispatched inside Bahrain.
FedEx ships all shipments to international destinations.
At checkout, shipping fees are determined based on your country.

Duties and Taxes

Please be aware that all taxes and charges associated with goods that must pass through customs are the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to estimate these fees in advance because the taxes (if any) depend on the user's jurisdiction. As a result, we have no influence over these costs.

Delivery and Return

Because every JeeJewels piece is handcrafted to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds or exchanges.
We reserve the right to arrange for a courier to pick up the item and have it transported back as quickly as possible in the odd event that there has been an error or the item may need to be sized.

Returns Procedure

We do not offer exchanges or refunds because the majority of our products are customized. Please email info@jeejewels.com in the unlikely event of an error or an item arrived in a different condition, and we will help you as quickly as possible. In the odd event that your jewelry is flawed (i.e. missing a stone) within a 15-day window, JeeJewels additionally provides a Furthermore, please email info@jeejewels.com right away so that we may try our best to assist you.

JeeJewels disclaims liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. We do not reimburse shipping costs for returned goods. All shipping and transport is subject to the terms of the courier, which will be contracted between the customer and the designated courier. Our responsibility ends upon the handover of the goods to the courier.

Notwithstanding the above terms and conditions, the satisfaction of our customers is our number one priority. And we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction within the above terms.
